    Which two rifles would that be? And the .223 being modified to shoot a .22 is dif from having a .22 only rifle. Bit of apples and oranges. :)

    One other question. it does not matter what model I buy (carbine or target) the barrels are interchangable? (I am excluding the TD version of course).

    In otherwords if I buy a carbine version I can, if I change the stock, change to a bull/target barrel without any chages needed to the receiver or barrel mounting system?

    Never worked on a Ruger 10/22 before so just want to make sure before I go an buy the wrong model for my project.

    10/22 is on sale at dicks for 199. Just thought i would share.

    Yep, that is where I got mine. Cool thing is, I had a big gift card in my wallet that I forgot I put there. Luckly I remembered to look.

    Saw my barrel the other day at my friendly FFL Class 3 dealer. Paperwork on its way to BATFE. Can't wait.
