    I am looking at a Butler Creek folding stock for a Mini-30. Since the barrel is not threaded and has no flash suppressor or other "evil" feature, am I legal to put it in a folding stock in Maryland?

    This is a really popular question these days. You are GTG with the mini-30 as long as there is no grenade launcher or flash supressor. (Muzzle brake is OK)

    The ban mentions mini-14 by name and the mini-30 is not a copy.
