    I need a dealer in Cecil County or close that can handle a non regulated out of state transfer from my mom to me.

    Any recommendations?

    Go to The Bank Gun & Pawn in downtown HdG instead of Ricks.

    The Bank has been doing 8th day release as per the law since the beginning. Ricks just recently came on board.

    All my next purchases will be through the Bank.

    The people on your side from day one are the ones to support, not the ones that waited until now IMHO, the bank is a great place. It's $50 for a transfer of a regulated, that's all I have done there so I know that much!!!
