    The booster on the end is functional; if a MD resident purchases the firearm, we have to permanently attach the booster to meet 29" OAL and include a 10rd magazine.

    Sorry for the bump, but I was looking to Form 1 one of these. Even with the permanently affixed booster, how were you able to get this to 29"? I'm guessing the stock pad was fixed as well?

    Only barrel devices are required to be pined/welded or permanently affixed. The stock pad bolts on and got it to 29" OAL
