    Saw this on reddit this morning, what ya'll think? I already have a complete lower I bought pre 10/1, I would probably use that instead of the 80% lower in the kit.

    You can't use and 80% lower anymore. That is manufacturing a banned firearm.

    You can't legally finish that 80% lower in Maryland anymore. The upper and the rest of the parts are totally fine to use IF you have a pistol or SBR already
