Oh, I also included just over $23k worth of cash deposits and withdraws in the last 15 months. Also included a copy of my FFL, MD Collectors letter, FL permit and MD handgun safety card.

(Not that any of that helps)

Just checked my bank account (3/12) and the $75 application fee has been cashed... Who knows what that means but I like it. Good luck to all!

I hope you didn't forget to submit your $75 fee to MSP, I don't see it listed.:innocent0

    3/7 - App printed.
    3/8 - App filled out.
3/9 - Prints, Photos, and Notary by Absolute Investigative Services in Towson.
3/9 - Mailed app and all above docs including DD214 and check for $75 via certified mail with green return confirmation card.
3/12 - Confirmed package delivery via USPS.com track and confirm.
3/13 - Found this thread and replied. :D
3/13 - Got home from work and found a signed green card in the mail.
3/15 - Just check my bank account and check has cleared.
12/14- Call from MSP Goldenring. He also called my references. No call back yet and no call to my wife.
12/19- Call back from MSP with more in depth questions regaurding my app., alcohol and drug use/history, domestic violence and to schedule a time for an interview. He had also tried to contact my wife at home but said he would try her at work. Not sure if he forgot or was waiting to talk to the wife, but he never asked about or mentioned a time for face to face interview.

12/20- Wife returned call to MSP. Conversation was about 1 minute. Now I guess I'll just wait to hear back to setup the face to face.

I also included a cover letter outlining the contents of the package.

buff: I went the other way and only provided what they requested.
Your way could be better. Supposedly, with their intelligence networks, they know all these things about you (and me) anyway.

I only put the basics on the letter, no extras with the exception of the DD-214 and DD-256A Honorable discharge and only because my DD-214 didn't have a discharge date on it.

    I included my DD220 as I don't have a DD214 or discharge papers *shrugs*

The retired Baltimore Cop at the Livescan I went to told me "the more info provided the better". He recommended I include copies of my DL, Retired Military ID and Utah CCW.

Guess the more you submit, the more it shows you care?
