A thread on another board made me dig out the Benelli and snap a pic. Just curious what others are running

    Mine:

I have a Mossberg 590-A1 & Mossy 500 too. But this is my "First Line Defence" gun.

I have a Mossberg 590-A1 14" Short Barrelled Shotgun on order, who knows when that will arrive. That will be my new Home Defence Gun once I add a Sure Fire Fore End (and clear the Federal Form 4) to it.

No shotguns but heres what I keep close by

    AR & CX4.jpg

The AR sits across the room, the CX4 next to my bed and the PX4 (not pictured) under my bed. I had some problems with the Insight laser/light coming off the rail on the CX4 so I put it on the PX4, works like a charm there.

Edit: Just realized thats an old pic I lost all my new ones the AR's got the bipod and a grip now too.

I'll have to update and get all 3 in there

    Here's my 500 in 20 gage.
I'm looking to get a 590 with an extended tube and a freaking stock.
Can't hit crap with this thing.

Don't you need a special permit or liscense to have a barrel
    less than 18 inches?
Also I get a lot of opposing views about home defense shells---
most say you need 00, but I was recently talking to an experienced
hunter at this watering hole I go to who told me #8 is fine.

One of my buddies (a MD Shooter member-hasn't posted in a LONG time) has one of those AOW's. Bought it from Select Fire. Said it feels like it breaks your hand when it goes off.

I just got 2 Remingtom 10" AOW's in. They are bad ass! I'm very seriously considering buying one. I better do it quick, we sold one of the two today!

Methinks this would be fun. Once.

There was a guy at the York show today who had a whole display of those things and other AOWs.

Hard to believe that the tax on AOWs is only $5 while a suppressor is $200.
