Semi auto combat shotgun class. Anyone offers this class closeby ?

Does anyone good offer a semi auto combat shotgun class closeby?

Interested in attending a class that focuses on the semi auto combat shotgun. ( m4, slp, m2/m3, etc.)

Not really into 3-gun. Just the tactical use/ defensive tactics using the modern semi automatic combat shotgun.

I hope there is someone good closeby. I'm too old and fat to enlist in the Marines.

Id keep an eye on Tango down range, they did a shotgun class in the beginning of August so i would assume there will be another.

Practical Firearms Training (PFT) offers a Defensive Shotgun Class. The next one is in December. Here is a link to the class description: http://practicalfirearmstraining.com/Course-Catalog/Defensive-Shotgun-Courses/

I haven't taken that class yet, but all five of the other classes I have taken there have been outstanding. PFT is about a 4 1/2 drive from Baltimore.

Law Enforcement Shotgun Course

I'm sorry I did not see this thread until I got an email from joppaj (Thanks Brother) however I have a Law Enforcement Shotgun Class we can scheduled for a group of no less than 5.

Let me know who is interested and give me some dates and we will work it out.

And with Handgun & Carbine ammo hard to come by we thought this class would be perfect to the Md Shooter community! It provides Shotgun and Handgun Training in one package


CCJA (1) Day Tactical Shotgun Deployment Course

Class Size: 5 student Min & 20 Students Max

The Commonwealth Criminal Justice Academy Instructor cadre feels that the tactical shotgun is one of the most powerful weapons an individual can wield. The wide variety of ammunition available makes it a versatile tool for self defense. However the shotgun is the most under-utilized, under-trained weapon systems to date.

Our Tactical Shotgun courses provide a comprehensive and practical approach in the operational functions and tactical application of the Shotgun. This course is open to both pump action and auto-loading shotguns.

Instructed by former Special Forces and current Law Enforcement personnel with extensive tactical shotgun experience, this course promotes the safe and effective use of this highly effective weapon.

I also have several aquaintances that are interested. Maybe i can get a small group together for the class

I'm interested too. Just depends on when.

Yup...

I have to find a sling (no ideas) and some kind of shell holder (again no idea).

Anyone else have any ideas for dates. I can't do the first weekend in October and the earlier we get a set date, the better chance that I can make it.

I would prefer a saturday. I also cannot do that 1st wknd in October. And the wknd before thanksgiving is out for me as well.
