Looking for someone with knowledge of a residential septic system and how to fix a marshy area in the drain field.

On this project -the area that was marshy was dug up and stone and rocks were found covering the pipe- and it seemed like the end of the line.

Also-plastic was covering the stones which were piled on the pipe .

    Fixable ? Terminal ?

BTW. Not really good to have the drain in marshy area.. It need to be in area that can drain properly.
