Honest question, what does that compensator actually do for you?

Makes my shots go erratic lol. I actually just picked up the barrel today (thanks JR!) and took it to range to sight it in. I had gotten it pretty close to where I wanted it and decided to put the compensator on...I noticed the shots sounded different but the accuracy was gone, but then I noticed the front sight was loose. I can't quite give a complete answer just yet

Are you pleased with the Tac Sol barrel?

Thanks for making me spend more money. :lol2:

Loving it! So much lighter and the balance feels so much better, just gotta get the sights dialed in and it'll be perfect! Plus, it comes on and off incredibly easy on the 22/45, unlike the stock that had to be smacked on and off

    Two of my ZK-22's.

The top one I did in AlumaHyde II Dark Earth. Folks said that was a good match for the Magpul. Definitely not, but I really like the color. The indoor shot is more accurate, it's more of an OD.

Both are running 16.5 inch Tactical Solutions fluted bull barrels and Primary Arms MD06 red dots.

    Cheers!

How's the trigger and function on them? Not a fan of the tv drama, but I don't care what anyone says, they look awesome...

I have had zero problems with the trigger. It's a little heavier, but functions great. I think a lot of the problems came from people not following directions...shocking.

They look great with 16.5" barrels, but aren't they considered AOWs at that point?

Do you know if they are compatible with black dog drum mags?

I could be wrong ( I need to look at mine) But I think the drum gets in the way of the mag release from grabbing. In other words I don't think it will go in far enough to latch.

Anyone have thoughts on adding an offset rail to a 22/45 for a red dot? Think it would block the irons?
