Need Carpenter/ Painter

Will pay $20+ cash/hr for outdoor carpentry and paint. Must be good. Have 2-3 weeks or more of full time work right now. Work is in silver spring, inside the beltway. Professionals with the skills you require do not work for $20/hr.

At that rate you should expect someone who is late everyday. Lies about hours worked and in general sucks.

Maybe you"ll get a pro who wants to make some extra money on nights and weekends. If you are lucky.

thanks to mdshooters. found a guy to do the work I wanted at the price I wanted. Showed up on time. did the work as agreed and am very happy! Feelin lucky!
