    HiPoint should be C/C IIRC.

    As for the JRC, I couldn't say. Really it's up to your chosen FFL if they're C/C - their house, their ass on the line, their rules.

    Both of those are cash and carry, but even if one wasn't you could still buy it, you just couldn't take possession of it. Your FFL would just hold it for 30 days before submitting the paperwork.
