I was coming up just as the emergency vehicles were getting the road closed down. I just eeked by. Didnt look like there was a need for all the apparatus they had on scene. Anne Arundel Police, NSA Cops and Ft Mead plus fire.

That's an interesting area jurisdictionally. It's right on the edge of Ft. Meade, hence the multi-jurisdiction response.

Fort Meade FD, PD (MPs & Civ), & EMS (seperate from FD on post), AACO Fire, EMS, & PD, MSP, and due to direction of travel access NSA PD.

Where the accident was actually at I believe was on Post.

    Horrible way to go.

When I die I want to die in my sleep peacefully like my grandfather.

Not screaming like the passengers in his car when they went over the cliff....

Yeah, we saw it on our way home too. He went down the embankment at Rt. 32 eastbound and the off-ramp to 175. It's pretty steep there. When we saw it we were concerned about how bad it looked; sorry to hear that it was a fatality.
