They do have an adjustable clamp that locks the brace in place as well as a QD socket in the end plate. The Odin Works Pistol Buffer Tubes are in the same price ballpark at $74.95/ea.

Ps: this tube assembly is not worth buying. The threads on the buffer tube are around 1/4" too long and push the buffer retainer in so far the upper will not pin on. That's the only way to tighten the buffer all the way to the stop on the tube. Avoid it. Ordered a phase 5 kit tonight.

No. It's designed without one but is supposed to be a precision fit. Made sure to get a castle nut equipped tube with the phase 5 this time.
I used this myself on my build and really liked it.
