    I am considering a move from the commie state of MD to a more tax friendly DE.

    Problem is, I legally own some NFA firearms, and apparently DE does now allow short barrel items or suppressors.

    What are my options?

    SBR is ok as long as you don't move to Wilmington but that's about it for NFA. You would be better off in Virginia with the NFA items if possible.
