    If I go over the state line, is it legal for me to unblock my magazines so they are not limited to 10 rounds? Then use them in MD? I don't want to run into any issues at a range or anything

    Are you saying unblocking a magazine outside of maryland borders is a federal crime?

    Good point, I guess you could possibly go up high enough as to get out of Maryland air-space you would likewise be legal. How high is that? Maybe we should ask a DC elected official like Marion Barry; he knows about getting high. :)

    Concur. And yes, my understanding (never heard anyone say to the contrary) you can do all those other things (buy, sell, manufacture, transfer, etc.) magazines in other states and bring them into MD. The round limit is a dumb law.
