  • I have that brand in my hand now(red army standard)it does stick to a magnet.I was allowed to shoot it indoors at blue ridge armory. I called MD small arms today and they said anything that a magnet sticks to is no go. I am just trying to cover my ass I am going to buy a case 1k.

    This is the ammo from the link. Not sure what other Red Army stuff is out there but this particular model seems magnet free. The casing ( steel) is stuck to the magnet while the actual bullet is at the bottom ,not stuck.

    The red army range pack I got at Duffy's was part number am1920 magnetic, lead core, steel case

    the non magnetic lead core, steel case, red army standard is part number am1925a (bigdummy30)
