Yes,need more info on the pistol.
This is a PSA lower/lower parts kit with some trigger mods, don't remember the buffer tube brand but it was one of the shortest I could find, 7.5 inch Hardened Arms 1/9 HBAR upper with Double Star carbine length free float hand guard. I threw a cheap $25 holo sight on to keep the entire build as low cost as possible.
It has functioned perfectly and was grouping consistent 3.5" 50 yard groups with 50 grain ballistic silver tips. The groups opened up quite a bit with 62 grainers (not stabilizing them?).
Overall it's a fun range toy but I highly recommend double ear protection.

Thanks.I thought that buffer tube looked short but wasn't sure.I'm going to do a couple more pistols but after doing my first with a 10.5 in. H bar,I learned a lesson about front heavy.

I think he's using the Mako/FAB Defense Forward Point Grip: http://www.amazon.com/Mako-Forward-Point-Shooting-Foregrip/dp/B00B1MPTRA
I had a Magpul AFG2 on it and tried the Mako and liked the texture better on the Mako. Makes for a better grip surface and feels more secure.

That's pretty cool. Can't wait to see it when it's done. I like it when people throw color in the mix. Black, od green, and desert tan are kinda boring to me. If it was me I would color fill the autobots insignia the traditional red just so it stands out more, but that's just me. Still cool as is.
