I haven't been to Annapolis to testify yet, but my wife and I both are active in the 2A community in other ways. My wife and I both became NRA life members last week, she became an RNA instructor this year (I'll be doing so in 2016) and we both take non-shooting friends of all political persuasions to the range as often as we can to show them that the 2A community is into safety, self defense and is not a bunch of "nuts." We've had our successes and failures, but I'm always amazed at the life-long gun grabbers who, once exposed to guns, actually take up the hobby and become gun owners.
