I'm looking to transfer a AR15 I purchased from gun broker and trying to see who all is still accepting transfers? what the fees are? How long is the leed time? I'd like to get it before the oct 1st as i've heard conflicting reports or whether it can still be transfered or not. Heard that as long as its received to the shop before oct 1st and the paperwork is good its fine but i've also heard if its not in my possession by then that im screwed. Let me know thanks
