Need roof repair, flashing around chimney

I have a leak in my roof around the chimney.

Seems like the standard line is "we only do the whole roof."

I was told by a roofing guy that the rest of the roof is fine.

Anyone know someone that does good work, without the "only the whole roof" crap?

I don't mind paying good money for good work, but I don't need a whole roof.

I am near Millersville.

Keep looking. If its just flashing repair, bet there is a person going to fix it for you.

I used SemperWest for some repairs a couple of years ago. The card I have is for Kevin Johnson and the number is 301-401-6400 (Cell); 301-874-9055 (Office).

The did some flashing work, fixed some nail pops and installed an attic fan.

A friend of mine had already resigned himself to needing a new roof and was getting estimates when Tom came out. Tom actually talked him out of the total replacement and did the flashing repairs the next day. The only problem is that TSW is in Harford County. I don't know how much work he does down your way, but he may be able to stop by sometime if he's in the area.
