If I have a bunch of ARs (none HBARs) - all (legally) registered in my name - and I am getting divorced, even if I wanted to let my future ex-wife have one, she could never own one right?

This is for a friend of a friend's cousin's sister uhhh.. yeah............

    INAL , yada .

If (someone) WANTED the (ex-whatever) to have one on purpose , she's outta luck.

If ( whoever ) is trying to vindictivly deprive you (opps) of your AR's her stratagy would be to force the sale of them to get (presumably) half the money. Your lawyer's stratagy would be for you to physically retain your Banned Rifles , and offer her offsetting property / cash of equivilent value.
