This one is 2013, USMC. It goes VERY WELL with my pre war 1911-A1's.
How can you have a prewar A1?
WWI ended in 1918 and the 1911A1 wasn't accepted into service until 1924.

I heard a few months ago, Colt received a contract to sell over 4000 new 1911s to Uncle Sam's Misguided Children.
$22.5 million contract from what I've read. That would be over $5600 per gun at 4,000 guns. I think MSRP is about $2100.
