    Exactly without the paper work. And you can shoot it any way you want even using the stock. Just don't change the stock or add a foreword grip

    You can add the Magpul AFG and it's still considered a pistol. You cannot add a vertical grip unless the OAL is greater than 26" in which case it's classified as a firearm, neither a pistol, SBR or AOW.

    Got this straight from ATF and a gun trust lawyer.
