I'm not usually an AK guy, but I have to admit: these are good looking guns.

I'm a little skittish about ordering an AK online; do you guys inspect the gun for canted front sights or other common issues with imported AKs? What's the inspection/exchange policy if I find an issue when I receive the gun?

... I made the mistake of making my last purchase an sks when I should have gotten an ak. Now it's lost forever to me unless MD changes it's laws.

Im suprised nobody has made a complete US version and called it something else.

I think The AK variant is a specific list.

"and all copies". a copy is not the same as a "copycat" as the law defines it. anything that's an AK = no-no, regardless of where it was made.
