Has anyone filled out a form 4 and submitted it online? It seems like you have to be an FFL to fill it out. Btw I have a trust.

Ps. I dropped off a form 4 (before I got a trust) in pikesville on June 1 for Cleo sign off and just got it back today...5 months!!

eForm 4’s can only be submitted by an FFL because a Form 4 is transferring from an FFL to an individual.

My comment is not on eForm, just a little clarification on Form 4s. If both individuals are residents of the same state, you can transfer on a form 4 without a dealer. I've done it a number of times, including twice this year.
