    Just bought a new house in HoCo, was a short sale and unoccupied for a bit.

    Need a fair amount of tape seams re-done, nail pops, crown moulding seams caulked. Some painting throughout after drywall repairs. Pretty big house / lots of area, some 2 story ceilings. Want to get quotes and move forward quickly.

    Located in Ellicott City, on the west side, near 32.
