Wife drove home around 1:20 from Ellicott City to Mount Airy. 40 was snow covered and I-70 was slippy. Be careful out there.

Unfortunately, in lower MoCo, the last vehicle that a lot of people drove was powered by burro, camel, or water buffalo. They have no concept of SNOW. They won't even clean their windows.
