Looking for one or possibly even 2 maintenance techs to work full time at an apt complex in Cockeysville.
Must be knowledgeable in the following:
Air Conditioning (CFC certification a plus but not required if your knowledgeable)
Heating (Boiler fed hot water coil systems)
Appliance diagnostic and small repair
Light Plumbing
Light electrical
Random repairs that occur on a daily basis on large property
Light Painting
8-5 M-F Job with an hour lunch
Very Good Pay
