Any help on contacts/pricing appreciated, thanks in advance.

I need to move a 450 crawler @ 15k lbs, from Parkersburg, WVA to Heathsville, VA. - 400 miles.

I have a fixable trailer that could be used, but at this point, would rather use the haulers.

My work uses Bull's Trucking out of Dundalk. Not the cheapest outfit but they haven't once let me down. That's about the only outfit that I have any experience with.

Back when I was in Maryland, we developed a very close and great relationship with Stevens Auto Transport and Welding. They would haul our generators and chillers around, all up and down the east coast. They are perfectly equipped to handle your little dozer with either a Landoll or Lowboy trailer.
