    Question:
For a guy like me who NEVER been to a gun show, will it be worth going there or is it a waste of time?
I am not going to buy any guns any way.

I guess I spend my weekend doing some thing else.

If you're not really interested in buying guns at the moment, I'd recommend Chantilly next weekend. It's a HUGE gun show and something that allows you to see a lot of different stuff. It can be overwhelming to a gun show newbie but it really gives you a sense of what's out there (even if you can't legally buy most of it as a comrade in Maryland). Chantilly ammo prices are often on par with the web at the cheapest tables and you can legally buy standard capacity magazines (a.k.a. "hi-capacity assault clips") that you can't get in MD.

IMO a decent balance of stuff (if you take out the jewelry and crap tables).... Old, new, HGs, LGs...

I wasn't there looking for anything, but rather to talk to some specific folks. Luckily they were there.

I think it can be improved, but then it's been worse, too...

This show was missing a few of the vendors that are normally there. The last two shows were better than this one.

There is also enterprising individual who is trying to retire off his powder and primer sales. All his powders are $35 per pound and his primers are $50 per 1000.
