Saint's rule was very simple: one magazine for that one target, one magazine for the rest of the targets!

All the zombies and survivors on the shotgun stage looked like crack heads anyway. Arcangel did him a favor with his extended magazine tube of destruction and sorrow.

Ya really...most of us have ARRs up from our previous classes and I'm sure Tom can remember a "tool" when he sees one.

Lets take the attitude that we are all there to help each other out, learn all we can and have a good time.

[quote=kac;435079]Gotcha. And my point is that 100% of us have had at least one class before with Tom, just like you. Some more than that. So we'll probably have at least some idea of what's going on.

I'm willing to put money that Tom's Carbine classes are fairly similar, more or less, one to another.

QUOTE]

From all of the ARRs I have read they are very similar. He will push the class as fast as it moves. In my case we had a few contractors, ex mil guys and repeat students. Things moved fast. Same for the pistol class.

We will be expected to act and move as a team not a bunch of guys trying to out do one another. I for one am looking forward to shooting with all of you.

All kidding aside, I'm very excited to be taking this course, and really excited to be shooting with you guys. I've shot with 40% of the list within the past month or so, and one of you literally had my back while shooting just a couple weeks ago (thanks again, Rabbit).

What we're going to be doing is stuff professionals in the business do, so it will be a challenge, but I think it's safe to say, that is exactly why we're there.

That and the fact that shooting rifles with a bunch of guys that enjoy the same is something that is tough to beat.

well I'm special too, my momma told me so! I know where you were coming from, safety first and it would be good to not have any holdups because someone's shit isn't ready for whatever reason...

When I took Toms carbine class we had a good group and moved along at a good pace, I was there with ATX and we ran some real nice drills and shot till like 8PM in the dark with lights. We ran live fire IED drills starting from inside the suburban (some of us a couple times ) and some other good stuff...

Looking forward to it, should be perfect weather for some good shooting.

Crap, did you have to jinx us? I just came off an event where it alternated between drizzling and pouring all day.

What do you say glock? If it ain't raining, we ain't training?

I like the rain. It gives me an appreciation for dry shelter! LOL
