Changes to Dealer Connection
First, as the Dealer Connection has grown it has become necessary to change the name to more accurately describe the true nature of that particular section. More than just dealers are represented, so I've changed the name to "Industry Partners".
Second, I've broken it up into sections to make it easier to find the type of business that you are looking for. I will add sections as necessary. This may not seem necessary right now, but I expect many more partners to be added over the coming months and it should help to make some sense of who does what. At this time I plan to only allow firearms related businesses to have sub-forums in the Industry Partners section, and I do not foresee a change in this policy at any point in the future. I'm sure the reason for this is obvious, but I have had people ask in the past. The Biz Directory is there for all of the non-firearms related companies. I do not personally know many of the businesses in that section and Maryland Shooters does not necessarily vouch for them. They are just businesses who have agreed to give some sort of benefit such as a discount to members of the forum in return for a personalized section. If anyone is treated poorly by any company in that section or has reason to believe that they should not be here, please let the staff know so that we can reconsider their presence. We don't want to host any businesses who do not respect Maryland Shooters and its members. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the partners in that section who have demonstrated support for the forum and have taken good care of the members. Your support and service are greatly appreciated! And as always, we are open to suggestions. Please let us know if you think you have a better way of doing business around here and we will consider your opinion. __________________ War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse.
