Is this a regulated gun in MD

So im looking at 2 different guns on Gun Broker right now but as I just picked up my glock I cant get a regulated gun for 30days but I am looking at getting one of these or maybe both does anyone know if they are regulated or cash and carry ?

HiPoint should be C/C IIRC.

As for the JRC, I couldn't say. Really it's up to your chosen FFL if they're C/C - their house, their ass on the line, their rules.

Both are OTC. The JRC is much nicer than a Hi-joint IMO.

Both of those are cash and carry, but even if one wasn't you could still buy it, you just couldn't take possession of it. Your FFL would just hold it for 30 days before submitting the paperwork.
