One of the mags (Guns & Ammo?) hinted at other calibers to come, started with the largest, easier to work down.

Word from the factory is that they plan on making a 9mm (I think a .40 also) and they will come out later this year (fall?). They decided to start w/ the .45 because it was the bigger engineering challenge.

Yeah but i want the .45 I'm not really into 9mm, but the old lady might want one if they make in 9mm. I wonder what MSRP os going to be, if its anything like the XDm .45 3.8 when it first came out I would guess about $650. Also how long will it take to get on the MSP aproved handgun roster.

It seems to be a good design for a small .45acp that yields moderate felt recoil.
Is it better than bacon? Don't be silly! But it's probably going to sell like crazy. Timing is good for a new CC gun with the election fueling gun madness. __________________ Obama - Socialism's answer to prosperity. |

I've been looking at this one for a while as well. The size seems just about right for IWB carry, and it has a fair amount of firepower for it's size. I just wonder about controlling recoil on such a small, short, lightweight 45. Looking at the videos, it doesn't seem too bad, but who really knows until you fire it for yourself.
