Cool. Some people poop poop on airguns, but they are great for building skill especially if you have a backyard or basement range.

How loud is it? I cannot decide if I should fix my old airguns or buy a new one.

Looks great. What is dieseling? On the range slip it says accuracy will improve when that stops.

How quiet is it? Do you have other air guns to compare it to?

Here is article about Stoeger X20 Suppressor performance. They also talked about dieseling as well.

Article about dieseling on new air guns

Unfortunately I don't have other air guns to compare, but to me, it's not very loud at all for the spring driven gun.

Full report to be followed, when I have a chance to go to the range. :D

So far, after half an hour in the back yard with the gun, I love it !!!!

Looks cool. I have been looking at the new Remington with the nitrogen piston rather than a spring. Here it is quiet too.

After another hour in the backyard, the gun seems to make less noise and the groups are more consistant.

I sight in for 15 yards., can't wait to get to the range. :D

Another 50 rounds in the backyard today @ 15 yards. I managed to make 5 rounds groupat less than an inch with Crossman Premier pellets.

The GTX trigger upgrade is a very light, very smooth, two stage trigger. It has a slight "stop" before the second stage, which is what I really like.

Not trying to hijack the thread but think diesel engine. If you take a mixture of oil/air and rapidly compress it, it will detonate. Air rifles require a special oil to be used in the air chamber to keep them from dieseling. New air-rifle may take a few shots to work out all the oil from manufacturing.
I think there used to be a German air-gun manufacturer that experimented with an air-rifle designed to diesel, equivalent to a .22 rim-fire. Do not try to make your air-rifle diesel by adding 3in1 oil or gun oil to the chamber, it may blow up in your face.

Nice rifle, how much does the suppressor reduce the noise? How loud is the spring/piston?
