Walk with your kids and take them only to the houses of people you know.
That's fairly sound advice. Though, lots of the original Belair sections are fine. I wouldn't hesitate to take a walk down Millstream, Stoneybrook, Moylan, Kenhill, or any of the other main drags. FWIW, we get VERY few kids here in the M section.
