Hey, I purchased a GSG-5 SD back when they were regulated rifles. To the best of my knowledge they are no longer regulated and can be sold as cash and carry.

My question is if I wanted to sell it, could I do a face to face transaction or do I have to do a transfer through MSP, because the weapon may still be registered to me?

    Thanks

These can be sold FTF according to the AG.

Now that it is "registered" to you there is no way to "unregister" it, which is one of the huge flaws of the MSP collecting info on what regulated items you've bought. A sales receipt is the only way to prove you have sold it, whether it is issued by a gun shop or is a handwritten bill of sales between two people.
