I have a couple quick questions about Silver Eagle Group that I'm hoping the MDshooters community can help me with. I'd call SEG directly, but they're closed. I'm planning to introduce friends to shooting tomorrow, and have questions.

    a) As a non-member, how long can you shoot without returning to the waiting list? Can you only shoot for an hour, then return to the waiting list, a la Blue Ridge Arsenal?

    b) If you're a first-time person there, is there any exam or instruction you need before shooting?

doesn't answer your question, but nra range isn't too far away nor is blue ridge.

also check out 340defense.com range, from rockville the commute may not be all that bad. outdoors and pretty relaxed, but safe. they have a bunch of steel which is fun to shoot.

I don't know about SEG, but at NRA if there is no one waiting, you can shoot into a second hour. (you pay for it though.)
