Depends where you live?? Dick's Sporting Goods had the Remington 870 Express on sale in their weekend flier

If in the Balt area, Gun Connection

walmart usually has them cheap...they usually can beat anyones prices on that particular shotgun....ive had mine for since 93 or 94 never had a problem with it other than getting dirty...lol

    Your location?
    Price range?
    New / Used?
    You’re experience?
You plan to use it for?
    :tap:

Yep, a little more info will help us narrow down the choices and make better recommendations.

For a HD shot gun either the Mossberg 500/590 or Remington 870 are best.

Where can I buy a good gun?

Sorry........I just woke up from a nap and I'm still cranky. ;)
    Ramblings of a Retired Mind

I was thinking about how a status symbol of today is those cell phones that everyone has clipped onto their belt or purse.
    I can't afford one.
So, I'm wearing my garage door opener. I also made a cover for my hearing aid and now I have what they call blue teeth, I think.

You know, I spent a fortune on deodorant before I realized that people didn't like me anyway.

I was thinking that women should put pictures of missing husbands on beer cans!

I was thinking about old age and decided that old age is 'when you still have something on the ball, but you are just too tired to bounce it.'

I thought about making a fitness movie, for folks my age, and call it
    'Pumping Rust.'

I have gotten that dreaded furniture disease. That's when your chest is falling into your drawers!

I know, when people see a cat's litter box, they always say, 'Oh, have you got a cat?'
Just once I want to say, 'No, it's for company!'

Employment application blanks always ask who is to be notified in case of an emergency.'
I think you should write, 'A Good Doctor!'

Why do they put pictures of criminals up in the Post Office?
What are we supposed to do... write to these men?
Why don't they just put their pictures on the postage stamps so the mailmen could look for them while they deliver the mail?
Or better yet, arrest them while they are taking their pictures!

I was thinking about how people seem to read the Bible a whole lot more as they get older. Then, it dawned on me, they were cramming for their finals.
As for me, I'm just hoping God grades on the curve.

Why is it crazy? You used to be able to buy a Full-Auto Thompson Sub Machine Gun out of a department store like Sears before the government decided to place restrictions on law abiding citizens. It doesn't matter where you buy the shotgun at. You still have to follow the law and fill out the proper paperwork and get approved by NCIS. If you don't get approved, you don't get the gun. It's that easy. A Remmington is a Remmington. It doesn't matter whether you bought it at Dick's, a local gun shop, or Wal*Mart. That what makes America so great! We can price shop. Don't you love free enterprise?

I recall when Western Auto and Sears sold rifles and shotguns. You can even find some of the guns, online and at shows, that were made specifically for them by major manufacturers like Marlin and Savage.

I"m actually looking for the same thing (Remington 870 express). How much did it cost at Dicks? The BassPro store in Arundel Mills has them for $299 (with 26" barrel). I'm looknig for an 18" barrel for HD, which they do not have.
