    All,

I tried to order one of their CETMEs at Classic Arms and they told me they couldn't ship it to MD due to the rifle having a muzzle brake. IS this correct?

    Thanks,
    Richard

Nothing in the MD regulations. Sounds like once again the new owner of Classic is over reacting.

The CETME is completely legal to ship to MD, with or without flash hider. Since it only comes with 20-round mags, they don't even have to pull those.

I'd say call again and explain nicely, or simply go with Centerfire or someone else. Classic has been overly cautious in the past--it really depends on who you deal with there and the new owners don't sound quite as familiar with our weird laws.

Order it from someone in the know. I ordered mine for 500 from JG sales in arizona, it came with the standard birdcage style flash suppressor/ compensator.
