AR-180B not banned?

I was doing some research on the AR-180B, and I noticed that it has significant internal parts incompatibilities from the AR-180 (namely, the FCG). Given the MSP's recent rulings, it seems like the...

I used to buy whatever was cheap.

Nowadays, I buy C&R stuff is in a modern caliber. (9x18 is on the edge for me.) I'd rather spend more and not have to deal with another caliber.

I have the PA 2.5x, and I am a big fan. My problem is that I'm an SBR guy, and not a lot of people make BDC optics that deal with SBRs well - especially in pistol calibers.
