Ive had stamps take anywhere from 7-21 days to show up at my FFL after they've been approved. If you call they'll tell you they have 30 days to mail them out after approval.

Or just get the 18" version and have your FFL pin & weld a longer flashider to bring it to the legal 29" OAL. Not a lot of hoops. Just a longer flashider, a pin ,and a spot weld.
