I have a factory Colt 11.5" upper on an Engage lower with this stock. It has the standard flash hider. I just measured for you and came up with 25.875" collapsed and 28.75" extended.

A rollback is too tall. If the peak is 11', your max height without a permit is 13'6", which leaves you needing a trailer with a deck height lower than 2'6". The lowest rollback I've seen was 42"...

As you can see, a visible chamfer isn't always the case. The TacOps rifles show a very obvious chamfer, the Kidd barrel shows a very, very small chamfer and the CZ shows a very small radius chamfer...
