Unreleased pistols are generally never on the roster, because the board needs a chance to see them to approve them. If you would like to see it as soon as possible, go to your LGS, hand them $1700,...

I assume the stock is pinned open, then? It'd be a copycat if it had a folding stock and a suppressor (aka, flash hider).

Thing is, if the FFL logs it, they can charge you $50 or whatever their transfer price is. They're limited to $20 for just facilitating a private sale, which is a lot cheaper.

That stock setup is a bit ick. Does it have a regular AKM stock interface on the back, so that you can replace it with a Zukhov stock or a Rifle Dynamics adapter?

ETA: according to this link...

Ugh. The primer system was annoying, but I eventually got that working reliably. It's a relatively clever design that could have used a couple very small reliability tweaks. :P

They have not been released yet. I will simply say that, on the Saiga platform, the 20rd drum is a PITA, and the 12rd drum ("nutsack") is really pretty handy. Size and weight matter a lot, and if...

Some people are eager beavers and do it before they get their paperwork. AFAIK, it simply needs to be before you turn it into a "real" SBR.

There's one other choice: the TA04, which is the STANAG<->ACOG mount. Doesn't look like its in production anymore, and it's damned expensive, but it'd be a nice choice for a modern ACOG. Guess I...

If I had like five ARs, a Mini-14 might be worth it for variety. I would never recommend a Mini to someone with zero ARs.

The advice to buy a Colt 6721 (used or new) is pretty much perfect.

I dunno, the Swaro Cobra is fairly modern and well-regarded, but they may as well be made of unobtainium - they pop up rather infrequently.

So, I did some more research on this. It seems like your quality native STANAG-mount scope options are expensive Hensoldt and Swaro scopes. There's no way I can justify spending $700-$800 on a Z24,...

I'm also running a MAX-11K on my M11/9. Hell of an upper, makes it super easy to control the gun for bursts and singles. Stock is a spare ACE folder on a USMG adapter.

2. Is your hammer pin...

I was that guy five years ago. Give him a break.

That said, I like shooters. If it were me, I'd be looking at a Walther P-1 or a CZ-82. Maybe a Finn M39.
