Can't see switching barrels (let alone caliber) without having to re-zero. Just get two uppers like you've been doing. I like Ruger, but this is just stupid.

They don't always actually call the references as far as I can tell. And they don't have to be PA residents. All of mine were in MD. The answers may vary county to county.

I think ANY non-resident needs a permit from their home state if they want a PA LTCF, not just MD.

Utah is the same way, they just make an exception for MD because they realize most MD residents...
