Can MD resident sell rifles on gun broker.com?
 
Is it allowed now and what about after October 1st?

Yes, MD residents can sell on gunbroker.com. You just need to follow the rules.

Pre-10/1

All out of state sales must be sent to an FFL.
In-state face-to-fact non-regulated sales are ok with just a
All in-state regulated sales need to have a form 77R (either at a local MSP barracks or with an FFL) and the waiting period still applies
You cannot include a magazine > 20 rounds for any sales within the state.

Post-10/1

I think you can sell (the sb281) banned items but they must be to an out-of-state resident.
You cannot include a magazine > 10 rounds for any sales within the state.

thank you andrewb. what about selling in MD?can buyer and seller goto police together to complete the transaction?

You also cannot ship a magazine greater than 10 rounds from within MD as of Oct 1st. You have to drive out of state to ship it, or else break it completely down and ship it as a parts kit.
