ok i have my paper work for my c&r license and one of the questions is have you ever had a FFL well i few years ago i had a FFL but i was never in compliance with the county. i never sent the license back i never sold anything bought a few things for myself when it was time to renew i didnt do you think im going to have to answer questions by applying for my C&R i cant lie on the app?

help what do i do?

I would call or e-mail ATF and ask them.

eps@atf.gov is an e-mail at ATF that should be able to help you. They were able to answer a CLEO question for me.
