these look like a fun addition for my old army.:)

I have one for my Pietta. I love it.
I wish I could have afforded the Ruger and the Ruger conversion cylinder at the time because RUgers are much tougher.
Are you talking about the R&D drop in conversion cylinder, or the R&D or Kirst frame/cylinder conversions.

That would be the R&D. I love mine and super glad I bought it years ago. Well worth the $250 IMO.

Has anyone tried the .22 conversion chamber inserts ( http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cowboy-22-conversion.aspx?a=471503 ) in the .45 LC conversion cylinder?
